Pre-Natal Massage is helpful at all stages of pregnancy for relieving stress and body aches. Comfort and safety is always top priority. Pillows and positioning are used for comfort and review all health concerns every visit.

Ideal for workplace, retreats or conventions. Chair massage is also an option with very limited mobility or concern of getting onto the massage table.

Massage techniques are done over the clothes. Time is less than one hour.
